Sometimes you're just really hungry and there's nothing else but fast food to eat. Peruse the menu and make the healthiest choices: lowest in fat, salt, and sugar. How about a grilled chicken sandwich with mustard instead of mayo? An unsweetened iced tea flavored with lemon instead of a liquid-calorie-laden soda? A baked potato instead of fries?
