Avocado is the perfect natural ingredient to make a thick and creamy treat!
Yield: 6 servings = 1/3 cup per serving
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup of honey (or agave syrup)
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup of peanut butter (substitute with almond butter or any other nut/seed butter)
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
